Winter's Restorative Sound Bath

Join us at Green Tree Yoga for our Winter’s Restoration where we will experience winter wonderland magic with Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing. During this workshop, your body will be gently supported in various restorative yoga poses with traditional yoga props, and given the time to gently stretch, release, and relax away any tension. You will simultaneously be bathed in therapeutic sound frequencies to enhance your calm mind and fully relaxed body, setting the tone for a happy holiday season. Afterwards we will toast with holiday apple cider and Babas café will be selling their infamous vegan patty afterwards.
Suggested donation is $20~no person shall be turned away for lack of funds.

Bring a little extra cash because there will be vegan veggie patties available by Baba's Vegan Cafe who comes out to many of our events.
