Ingredients: 2 tbs Flax seeds (crushed with tbs of water) 2 tbs coconut sugar 2 cups flour (gluten free) 6 tbs water 1 3/4 milk (coconut, almond, soy, rice ..) 2 tbs oil 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt Optional: Add 1 banana or 1 sliced apple Enjoy your breakfast.
