The Art In The Start Vegan Workshop & Lunch. Thanks Lauren & Wo'se and BaBa's Vegan Cafe for sharing light and truth about the importance of honoring our temple and our wombs as ladies and young girls.

We had a great time working with the kids. Sharing with them our experiences as vegans in the inner city and advocates for it as well. The kids learned a lot as we learned from them. Starting with the knowledge of how important a healthier diet is and implementing it inside of the house hold. I look forward to spending more time with the youth and expanding this experience to others. Here are a few pictures to see how the event went.
