Vegan Egusi, quinoa, side salad (tomatoes, cucumbers,
red onions topped with sauted ginger garlic and mushrooms bragg and apple cider vinegar, ending off with sliced plantain.
Taking the time out to cook for yourself is important. It is the reason why I cook for hundreds of people who would love to eat healthy. #pattyman #babas7daychallenge

Taking 7 days to cook inside of your own kitchen. Go to a local farmers market if you can for organic veggies.
Take a picture of the produce. Formulate vegan recipes, either with yourself, friends or family.
