Quick Vegan Pizza
I used to always eat pizza until I went vegan. I would order pizza with my friends from high school and loved adding all the veggie toppings they had. I completely stopped all together and didn't find many vegan pizzas that filled the void. Now the wheat option of dough isn't that bad for the transitional vegan, it is basic and helps avoid additions ingredients. Making your own pizza gives you the chance to add all of your favorite toppings. On the next venture I may show you dough from scratch. Don't forget to visit your local farmers market for fresh organic veggies. You can also make your own cheese made from cashews and nutritional yeast, check out recipes online if you are not familiar.
