Making Cashew Cheese
1 Cup of Cashews (Soaked over night)
1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of peprika
pinch of turmeric
1 garlic clove or 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 cup of Liquid Amino Acid (Braggs)
2 tsp water (optional)
Blend until desired thickness and that all ingredients have blended together nice and smooth.
Play with it and have a blast.
